Inclusivity is the foundation of a strong and progressive Institution. As President, I will:
- Champion gender equity, youth participation, and inclusion of persons living with disabilities
- Strengthen programs for graduate engineers, technologists, technicians, and students
- Institutionalizing recognition of all cadre of Engineers
- Expand women-focused initiatives such as the She-Program
- Advocate for engineers’ representation on boards, committees, and national platforms
An inclusive IEK is a stronger, more relevant IEK.
